ASYLUM case APPROVED IN only 3 MONTHS
My client from Nigeria was granted asylum by the New Jersey Asylum office less than 3 months after we filed her application! We submitted a very detailed and extensive package with an abundance of evidence. The asylum officer was impressed and granted my client’s case very expeditiously!
Green Card application approved in 3 months
My client received a Green Card only 3 months after we submitted the case with USCIS! Client recieved a I-130 and I-485 approval after his interview at the New York City field office. His wife was the petitioner on the I-130. My client overstayed his tourist visa, but was nonetheless able to adjust status.
I-601 Waiver of Inadmissibility Approved
Client was charged with misrepresentation/fraud in connection with his tourist visa application from years ago. Due to this misrepresentation, my client was ineligible to receive his green card without filing a I-601 waiver. Client’s wife showed that she would suffer “extreme hardship” if Client were removed from the United States in the I-601 application. Many documents, affidavits, evidence were submitted and client’s I-601 was approved. Because of the approval, client was also approved for a Green Card!
Motion to Reopen & Motion to Reconsider Granted
The District Director of the New York City USCIS Office granted my client’s motion to reopen and motion to reconsider. Client filed the I-485 himself without an attorney. At the interview his I-485 was denied due to suspicions of fraud. Client then hired our firm to reopen the case. Our firm filed a motion to reopen and reconsider. USCIS reviewed our motion and reopened the denied case. After reconsideration, USCIS granted our client’s case and issued him a Green Card!
Citizenship Case Approved for Disabled Client [no test required]
Client who was disabled applied for U.S. Citizenship by filing N-400. However due to her disability it would be impossible for her to pass the civics/English test. USCIS granted client’s request for disability exception, which allowed her to acquire U.S. Citizenship without having to pass the Civics/History test and English test.

My client from Guyana entered into the United States more than 10 years ago. He married a U.S. Citizen who abused him physically and emotional and who also threatened to have him deported many times. Asylum Granted at the New York Immigration Court for bangladeshi client
My client had his asylum case granted/approved by the Judge at the New York Immigration Court. My client was from Bangladesh and was a member of the BNP party. At the trial, the lawyer from DHS/ICE argued that the BNP party was a terrorist organization. I made several arguments at trial to rebut DHS/ICE's arguments. In closing, the judge found that BNP is not a terrorist organization and granted my client's asylum case.
